One platform for schools: admissions, fees, attendance, transport, exams, HR, payroll and parent communication, on the web and in a mobile app.

The challenge
Schools run on a patchwork of registers, spreadsheets, fee books and WhatsApp groups. VioletSync set out to replace all of it with one platform that admins, teachers, students, parents and staff could each use without training, on the web and on their phones.
What we did
Our approach
- 01
Map every role first
We worked through a school day from five points of view: admin, teacher, student, parent and employee. Each role got its own login and a dashboard showing only what that person needs, which keeps a large system feeling simple.
- 02
Modules that share one record
Admissions, attendance, fees, timetable, exams, transport and communication all read from the same student profile, so nothing is typed twice and reports are live rather than compiled at month end.
- 03
A parent app people actually open
The parent mobile app puts attendance, fees, homework, notices and events in one feed, so parents stop asking the office for updates and schools spend less time on calls.
- 04
A brand that sells to schools
The identity and website position VioletSync as a calm, trustworthy partner for school leaders, with clear feature pages and a demo booking flow at every step.
