School ERP platforms, parent apps and EdTech products: admissions to exams in one system, built for every role in the school.

Start a project

Quick answerThe BrandBerry designs and builds school management software and EdTech products: student information systems, admissions, fees, attendance, timetables, exams, transport, communication and parent mobile apps, all on one shared record. We built VioletSync, a complete school ERP with a parent app, and work with schools, school groups and EdTech founders in the USA, the UAE and worldwide.

What matters

One record, many roles

Admins, teachers, students, parents and staff each need a different view of the same data. Role-based dashboards keep a big system simple.

Parents in the loop

Most office calls are parents asking for updates. A parent app with attendance, fees, homework and notices removes them.

Fees without friction

Fee structures, reminders, online payments and receipts should reconcile automatically, not in a ledger at month end.

Data that stays safe

Student data needs strict access control, audit trails and secure hosting, plus compliance with local privacy rules.

FAQ

School management software: questions

01Can you build a school ERP from scratch?

Yes. We built VioletSync, a school ERP covering admissions, fees, attendance, timetables, exams, transport, communication and a parent app. We can build a platform for your school group or your EdTech product the same way.

02How long does a school management system take to build?

A first release with core modules usually takes 10 to 16 weeks. Further modules such as transport, payroll or an LMS are added in phases.

03Can it support Arabic and multiple campuses?

Yes. We build multi-campus, multi-language platforms, including right-to-left Arabic for schools in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

04Who owns the product, code and designs?

You do. We sign an NDA before discovery, and all source code, design files, domains and app store or cloud accounts are set up in your name, with full IP assigned to you.

05Do you work with companies in the USA and the UAE?

Yes. We work remotely with clients worldwide, with most of our work for companies in the USA and the UAE. Calls happen in your business hours, with a demo at the end of every two-week sprint.
