Website Redesign Services in USA: questions
01Can a studio outside the US build a brand for an American company?
Yes. Most of our work is remote by design: workshops on video, shared Figma files and weekly check-ins in your morning or early evening. US founders get a senior-led team, US-English copy and work that is reviewed against American competitors in their category.
02Do you work with US startups and D2C brands?
Yes. SaaS, D2C e-commerce, professional services and health brands are our most common US projects: identity, websites, e-commerce, mobile apps and custom software, plus the content and search work that carries them.
03How do contracts and payments work for US clients?
You get a fixed, written proposal after a free 30-minute call, a simple services agreement, and invoices in USD by bank transfer or card.
04Will a redesign hurt our Google rankings?
It should not. Before design starts we list every page that brings traffic, keep or redirect each address, carry over titles and content that already rank, and check Search Console after launch.
05Do you redesign on our current platform or rebuild?
Either. If WordPress, Shopify or Webflow suits the business we redesign on it. If the site has outgrown it we rebuild on Next.js and move the content across.
06How do we know what to change?
We start with an audit: speed, mobile use, where visitors drop off, what ranks and what the enquiry forms actually deliver. The redesign follows that evidence.
07Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Hosting, domain, analytics and the full source code are in your company's name from the first day, and everything is handed over at launch.
08How do you run projects?
Discovery and scope first, then two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each, a shared board you can see at any time and a single senior lead who owns delivery.
09Do you work with clients in the USA?
Yes. We work with founders in the USA remotely, over video calls, phone and email. We run your calls in your morning or early evening and build while you sleep, so progress is waiting for you each day.
